Notes
This is another species that I’ve found to be hard to photograph. They’re stronger fliers than the other Hypocysta species, and even when they do land they’re usually quite difficult to approach. Naturally, after telling some visiting butterflyers about how frustrating Rock Ringlets can be, we soon found one that just sat there and let us take as many photos as we wished.
