I’ve seen this butterfly every time I’ve been to Cairns, without getting one that would pose for my camera. Finally, whilst at Copperlode Dam with Bob Miller, we found
a female feeding from lantanas. At Fishery Falls in May 2010, I got decent shots of a male and a female, and both were much better specimens.
